Meditation Classes for Mothers

Managing the stress that comes up when dealing with children is more difficult than many imagined. As children grow past the ‘adorable’ toddler stage and they develop language skills, their personalities emerge.

Even the most calm among us will find ourselves reacting when we would prefer to be calm and firm as we love and discipline our kids. Parents will benefit from meditation as you learn to mange your thoughts and cool your emotions. We teach meditation as a tool of inner peace and self-discovery. The focus of our teaching goes quite a bit beyond just stilling the mind.

As you learn meditation, you will notice yourself more poised and able to love your children the way you want to. Also, your calm and balanced disposition will provide a good example for them which is so important for our kids. They will benefit from the inner work that you do!
