Yin Yang Yoga

shutterstock_91983968Experience energetic polarities to bring balance to mind and body.  This class will begin with 15-20 minutes of energizing, dynamic, Yang, movement – Salutations, core work etc.  The remaining 40 minutes will release into longer held, Yin, poses that become progressively more passive and restorative.  This class is great for any level of yoga practitioner.
